Monserrat Soto new partner of ECIJA in Costa Rica
- She joined in 2018 as an associate in the Corporate Law area and then, in 2021 she took over as head of the Intellectual Property area.
- Monserrat Soto becomes the seventh partner of ECIJA in Costa Rica.
Monserrat Soto has focused her professional career in Corporate Law and Transactional Law, being her specialty Legal Project Management, focused on the coordination of teams in regional projects, as well as sophisticated transactions.
He has participated in a dozen M&A transactions for our main clients, in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, insurance, and agrochemicals, most of which were regional in scope.
