Donovan Mazza Lesa
Donovan is a partner at the tax area at ECIJA Brazil and specialises in consultancy at both the regional and higher levels.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Fluminense Federal University, a PhD in Public Finance, Tax and Development from Rio de Janeiro State University, and an MA in Tax Law from Cândido Mendes University, in addition to a PhD in Tax Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation of Rio de Janeiro and being a member of the Brazilian Financial Law Association.
He has been recognised by rankings such as Chambers Global and Latin America and Análisis Editorial.
Donovan speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian.
