Francisco Iniesto
Francisco is a tax partner at ECIJA and has over 20 years of experience in corporate tax advice, planning, advising and settling inheritance, as well as in due diligence in sale and purchase processes in group tax planning, real estate taxation, wealth taxation, planning in restructuring operations and accounting advice, leisure and entertainment taxation, as well as tax litigation.
Prior to joining ECIJA, Francisco founded his own firm and also the ProBusiness Place (PBP) Business Club, of which he is currently a member and sits on the Board of Directors. He has also been an independent director and advisor on the Boards of Directors of Real Estate Developers, and is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors of the international company Black Bull Logistics.
Francisco holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and a diploma in Business Management and Administration from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specialising in Finance, and a Master’s degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) in Madrid. Francisco has also taught at various institutions, including the Universidad Villanueva and the Universidad Europea de Madrid.
Francisco speaks English and Spanish.
