Giancarlo Mandriotti
Giancarlo is a partner in the areas of Litigation and Arbitration, Real Estate, and Sports Law. He has over 25 years of experience in legal practice, providing legal advice both nationally and internationally.
He has directed civil and arbitration judicial proceedings for major companies in the construction, infrastructure, public contracting, and sports training sectors.
He is an arbitrator for the Arbitration Court of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Center of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and the Arbitration Council of Lima. He has participated in multiple arbitration MOOTs in Latin America as part of the Peruvian delegation.
Giancarlo has taught classes at San Ignacio de Loyola University and has been a speaker and panelist at various conferences and seminars on arbitration.
Before joining the firm, Giancarlo was a partner at Dentons. He also worked as an associate lawyer at local law firms such as Estudio Muñiz and Estudio Hernández.
He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
