Juan Carlos Guerrero
Juan Carlos is partner at ECIJA with over ten years of experience. He specializes in Technology Law, advising multinational entities and leading IBEX 35 companies in areas such as technology contracting, digital economy, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and gambling.
Juan Carlos holds a Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Alcalá and a Dual Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Law, Data Protection, Information Society, and Audiovisual Law with Access to the Legal Profession from Carlos III University of Madrid.
A regular contributor to legal and technology media outlets and journals, as well as publications (e.g., Memento Nuevas Tecnologías, Anuario de Nuevas Tecnologías, Derecho de los Videojuegos, Derecho de los Esports, etc.), he is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
