Marcos Maia
Partner responsible for tax litigation related to indirect taxation. He is a visiting professor at the Postgraduate Course in Tax Law at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas de Rio de Janeiro (FGV Rio) and the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC Rio). Member of the Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro (ABDF). Member of the Special Commission on Taxpayer Protection and Tax Policy (OAB/RJ). Member of the Special Commission on Customs Law (OAB/RJ). Author of several articles published in books and journals of national circulation.
