María Jesús Álvarez
María Jesús is a partner at the Advisory area of ECIJA. She has more than twenty-years’ experience in employment management and human resources consulting. After more than 10 years at Ernst & Young as head of the employment management and human resources department, she built up over 15-years’ experience in the legal and consultancy sector working at Auxadi, Deloitte and BDO.
She is an expert in payroll services, employment advice, human resources consultancy and personnel administration.
María Jesús holds a Diploma in Employment and Human Resources from the University of Zaragoza.
