Matheus Puppe is a partner in the technologies, media and telecommunications and data protection and privacy practice areas. A member of the Compliance Working Group of the Brazilian Council of Justice (CNJ) and the Judicial Integrity Committee (CINT), she is the author of book chapters on Data Protection, Compliance, Crime Regulation, Digital Law and Law & Technology in Brazil and abroad.
She holds an LLM in Law (LLM) from Goethe University of Frankfurt and is a PhD candidate at Goethe University of Frankfurt. She has a postgraduate degree in Global Law from the Free University of Brussels, a postgraduate degree in International Arbitration from Goethe University of Frankfurt, a postgraduate degree in Law and Technology (Digital Law) from the University of Stockholm and a postgraduate degree in Global Cases and US Law from the University of Masaryk.
She is a guest lecturer at the postgraduate course in New Technologies, Compliance, ESG and Contracts at San Pablo University and the Advanced School of the State of Goiás, with specialisation in Compliance and Economic Criminal Law. Matheus speaks Portuguese, English, German, Spanish and French.
