Miguel Ángel Martínez
Miguel Ángel is a partner at ECIJA Advisory and the founder of Ad & Law, an expert in business management in tax, employment, commercial and accounting matters. He is also an auditor of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He has actively participated as an advisor, business angel and external CFO in different Startups.
He began his professional career at Deloitte, managing Audit projects, Sarbanes-Oxley, Strategic Consultancy and International Accounting Standard Reconciliation of Individual and Consolidated Financial Statements, among others.
He is a lecturer in Financial Accounting at Complutense University of Madrid and at Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), holds a licentiate in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and an Audit and Accounting Specialist Certificate from University of Alcalá, Henares.
Miguel Ángel speaks Spanish and English.
