ECIJA Mexico participates in the International Arbitration Congress in Honduras
Alejandro Linares, senior partner of the Litigation and Arbitration practice at ECIJA Mexico, participated in the International Arbitration Congress in Honduras, held on March 24, 25, and 26, 2025, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
In this edition, Alejandro participated in panel 3: “The ABCs, Bs, and Cs of Case Strategy and Theory,” alongside distinguished speakers.
The event brought together leading arbitration specialists from the region and around the world, strengthening professional dialogue around best practices in dispute resolution. Alejandro enriched the discussion by commenting on expert and testimonial evidence in arbitration, as cornerstones of case theory in arbitration.
The Congress was made possible thanks to the organization of the Spanish Arbitration Club of Honduras (CEIA Honduras), the Central American and Caribbean Arbitration Group, and other allied institutions. We are grateful for the invitation and the opportunity to support such a significant forum for the institutional strengthening of arbitration in the region.
