Mike Margáin participated in an interview with ADN40

Mike Margáin, head partner of the Intellectual Property area of ECIJA Mexico, participated in an interview for the program Índice Económico, hosted by Rogelio Varela, Darío Celis and María Elena Vega, which was broadcasted on ADN40.

The interview took place at TV Azteca’s facilities and was broadcast on Wednesday night, June 18, 2025. During the broadcast, Margáin addressed highly relevant topics in the current context, such as piracy, the U.S. government’s Special 301 Report and the legal implications of the upcoming update of the T-MEC (Treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada).

The space sought to deepen in the challenges faced by Mexico in terms of intellectual property protection, as well as in the commercial tensions derived from the observations contained in said report, highlighting the importance of having an effective and updated regulatory framework to face international demands.

With this participation, ECIJA reaffirmed its commitment to public discussion on key issues that impact the protection of intangible assets in the region.
