Carlos is a partner in the Corporate/M&A, Employment, Regulatory Compliance, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and Real Estate areas at ECIJA El Salvador.
He has participated in acquisition processes of banks, construction companies, companies in the energy distribution and marketing sector, security and telecommunications companies, providing corporate consultancy both nationally and internationally. Much of his work has focused on the private sector.
He has extensive experience in managing private and public infrastructure projects and advising construction companies in El Salvador and Latin America, and in employment, collective bargaining and union crisis management in El Salvador.
He holds an LLM in Law (LL.M) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Doctor José Matías Delgado University. Carlos is a University Professor of E-Commerce Law, electronic signatures and international tax planning, and he speaks Spanish, English and French.
