Next February 7, at 7:00 p.m., Alejandro Touriño (Managing Partner of ECIJA and President of the ICT Section at ICAM) will open the ICT Section in the Assembly Hall of the Madrid Bar Association.

This reopening session will focus on “The Startups Law from the perspective of its protagonists”, addressing the main points of the consultation and analyzing the opinion of relevant agents in the sector. The session will serve to offer a place for the debate of these matters: the problems that are intended to be solved with the new Act,  the objectives of the Law and possible alternative regulatory and non-regulatory solutions, and will count with the participation of:
