Ecija advises on the €115m financing of Revel

ECIJA has advised Revel in raising a €115 million financing participated by Santander Consumer Finance and KKR.

The round, which consists of a €15 million equity investment and a €100 million structured financing, will allow them to accelerate our growth in the coming months and continue the development of their technology platform.

Investors include KKR, Santander Consumer Finance and other undisclosed investors.

Revel offers a flexible, all-inclusive car subscription service in Spain that offsets emissions while you drive and helps you transition to an electric vehicle.

The lawyers involved in the transaction were Leticia Dominguez (partner) and Carmen Ciurana (senior associate).
