BIO

Javier López

Javier joined the firm in 2007 and is a partner in the Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Real Estate and Media areas.

Javier has handled cases for major national and international clients, such as film and television production companies, telecommunications companies, construction companies, developers, as well as prestigious private clients. He has dealt with issues related to technology, the defence of the right to honour, privacy and self-image, intellectual and industrial property and unfair competition. He has been part of important Corporate, M&A and Real Estate operations and is advisor to several TV production companies and TMT companies, as well as companies in the Real Estate sector.

He is a lecturer at various Universities and Business Schools and is a regular speaker at specialised forums and in the media. He holds the title of Legal Project Manager of the Master of the Instituto de Empresa and the European Certification by the General Council of the Judiciary as an Expert in Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence. Javier has been recognised by the prestigious international rankings Chambers Global, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
