One of our main concerns and occupations has always been the safety, integrity and care of our team, collaborators and clients. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic that the world is facing and in order to safeguard health while continue supporting the projects and businesses that have been entrusted to us, we have implemented various security measures:

Remote work:

As of today, we have requested our personnel to work from home, attending the needs of our clients with the same professionalism, efficiency and speed that characterizes us. Our main interest is to ensure business continuity of our clients and to continue providing them services uninterruptedly.

Communications:

In order to continue giving continuity to our client’s businesses and projects, we have the necessary technology for remote working. Communications with our clients may be conducted through conference calls, video conferences, and other traditional ways of communication, including emails, among others. The office phones and mobiles of our personnel will continue being available to address your needs and concerns. Face-to-face meetings are suspended until further notice.

 Support amongst personnel:

As part of our regular teamwork within the firm, all personnel will support each other in the event that anyone might be affected by Covid-19, in order to cover and meet the needs of our clients.

Continuity of operations:

Since Covid-19 pandemic was declared by the WHO, different agencies have reported through media the suspension of work, court and administrative deadlines. We will be informing promptly our clients of it to resume the fulfillment of their obligations and to provide the necessary follow up to the matters entrusted to us.

Legal effects derived from the pandemic in Mexico, Latin America and Europe:

We will be regularly sending our clients and friends notes related to possible legal effects, regulatory changes and, in general, legal consequences deriving from Covid-19 in our country, Latin America and Europe.
