Seminar: Social Networks and its legal implications  15th October 2015

Seminar presented by ECIJA in association with Instituto de Fomento Empresarial with the participation of María González, Senior Associate of Data Protection and Privacy, Risk and Compliance; and Jorge Camba, associate of Information Technology ECIJA.

During the Seminar we will analyze the different legal implications in the use of social networks, identifying regulatory requirements that any action must meet to have full guarantees and legal certainty, and the impact that of the new Criminal Law reform.

The event will take place in Madrid in the Intercontinental Hotel (Paseo de la Castellana 49).
