Fernando Vizcaíno
Fernando is a partner at ECIJA’s Employment practice area. He has over 35-years’ professional experience in employment consultancy, being considered one of the main procedural experts of employment law in Spain, after participating in thousands of judicial proceedings in all instances of the employment jurisdiction.
Fernando was managing partner at Vizcaíno Casas Law Firm and subsequently managing partner of the Employment department of the Jiménez de Parga law firm until it merged with ECIJA.
Fernando actively participated in bringing temporary employment agencies (ETTs) to Spain, having advised major companies in the sector.
He taught as a lecturer in employment law at the Research Centre of the Madrid Bar Association, at the School of Legal Practice of the European University of Madrid, at Alfonso X el Sabio University in Madrid and at Camilo José Cela University in Madrid.
He holds an LLB in Law from Complutense University of Madrid and is a writer and lecturer in employment law at that university’s School of Legal Practice.
