Inside the employment labyrinth: criteria for companies to adapt to new legislative challenges

In the current regulatory environment with a strong legislative production and the appearance of new judicial criteria in labor matters, new rights are being generated for workers, but also important regulatory obligations for companies. Therefore, it is essential to be constantly updated and to have clear legal criteria in order to comply with these obligations, but especially to be able to prevent possible breaches in the employment field. In this context, ECIJA, organizes a Working Breakfast, under the title: “Inside the employment labyrinth: practical criteria of regulatory adequacy for companies in the face of the new legislative challenges in employment matters”, where we would like to share our practical experience in this matter, the limits that are glimpsed by the jurisprudence, as well as possible solutions of viability and implementation of these new legal obligations.

The experts participating in this conference will be our partners of the Employment Area of ECIJA, Fernando Vizcaíno, Carlos Martínez Cebrián, and Raúl Rojas.
