Antonio García Ramírez
Antonio García is a partner at the employment and dispute resolution areas: litigation and arbitration of ECIJA in Puerto Rico. He has more than 18-years’ experience advising Puerto Rican and international companies in these areas. His focus is on advising on dismissals, employment and internal investigations.
Antonio has numerous-years’ experience advising his clients in preparing and reviewing manuals and in implementing and managing their employment policies.
Antonio holds a B.A. in Arts from Franklin & Marshall College and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laudefrom the Law School of the University of Puerto Rico.
He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association and may appear in the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, the US District Court of Puerto Rico, and the US First-Circuit Court of Appeals.
Antonio speaks Spanish and English.
