Polibio is a Partner in Finance and Corporate/ M&A, and he advises financial institutions and investment funds on regulatory and transactional matters, private companies on sales, restructuring and reorganisation and the various players involved in the energy sector.
He is Co-Chair of the International Finance & Securities Committee of the American Bar Association, Vice President of the Central Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic and an independent board member of several companies.
He holds an MBA from Barna Management School, an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University, a postgraduate degree in Economics from the Mother and Teacher Pontifical Catholic University (PUCMM), and an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho), summa cum laude, from PUCMM.
He is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Spanish National Association of Young Entrepreneurs, Links, Red de Inversionistas Ángeles, Inc., and the Willem C. Vis Moot Alumni Association.
