Vanesa is a data and technology, media and telecommunications partner at ECIJA’s Barcelona office.
She has 20 years’ experience as a lawyer advising domestic and international clients on data protection and privacy, information technology services and e-commerce.
Vanesa is an expert at advising on contracts related to technology and digital transformation, cybersecurity and risk management projects.
She holds an MA in IT & IP from the Advanced School of Business Management and Administration (ESADE), and an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Barcelona Autonomous University.
In addition, Vanesa has sat on the board of the Intellectual Property and Image Rights Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and is a lecturer at the University of Barcelona’s Interactive Business School (ENTI). She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
