ECIJA opens a new office in Uruguay strengthening its presence in Latin America
With this move the Firm adds a total of 17 territories and 34 offices, boosting its position as the Spanish law firm with the largest presence in Latin America.
ECIJA starts this 2023 with the arrival to a new market in Latin America through the integration of a multidisciplinary team with which it completes its presence in the Rio de la Plata area and reinforces its leadership as the Latin American law firm with the largest presence in Latin America.
The new team in Uruguay adds two new partners and six professionals to the global structure of the Firm, which now has 200 partners and more than 1000 professionals. The new firm is a multidisciplinary law firm with a long history in the market, which stands out for its advice to Uruguayan, Argentinean and foreign clients in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, labour, tax, technology, media and telecommunications law.
In the words of Alejandro Touriño, Managing Partner of ECIJA: “Our eyes are on Latin America.
