Press Room

18 December, 2020

2020 is coming to an end and at ECIJA we would like to reflect on an extraordinarily complex year and make proposals for the new year, which is also full of uncertainties. In 2020 we have all been forced to adapt to a new reality, never before imagined. The health pandemic caused by the COVID-19 pushed the world economy to the edge, requiring the digital acceleration of many businesses, which have seen this channel as their only path in order to survive. Not in vain, the data show that it is the deeply digitalized companies that have best overcome the crisis. However, 80% of companies have not yet been able to take the path towards the digital world.

At ECIJA, we are confident in the opportunities that this pandemic will also bring; among them, the flourishing of a solid business network, of a digital nature, which will know how to overcome adversities and adapt to the new needs demanded by users. For this reason, and in our vocation of solidarity in helping, one more year we have decided that the gift of the Firm for these dates will not be for our clients and friends, but for those who now need it most, supporting those who have had to face challenges never before experienced.

With this objective, ECIJA launches the #Digital4All initiative to support organizations -regardless of their size and challenge- in their digitalization process towards a new reality. We are looking for five brave businesses that want to undertake this complex digitalization path by our side, helping them from any of the 15 countries where ECIJA is present to overcome the legal obstacles of such a mission.

As with your support you have made it possible, at this time we would like to thank you for the confidence you place in our project and our culture on a daily basis. Thank you for helping us and thank you for helping them too!
