ECIJA inaugurates its new headquarters in Zaragoza with the presence of the Minister of Justice Rafael Catalá and the Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Mar España.

The Firm organized the Seminar “How to face the application of the GDPR” on the occasion of the new opening, which included the participation of numerous public institutions.

ECIJA has inaugurated its new headquarters located in Zaragoza, fourth office of the Firm in Spain and seventh globally, coinciding with the Seminar “How to face the application of the GDPR” which included the participation as speakers of the Minister of Justice Mr. Rafael Catalá and Mar España, Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The event, which also involved Ibercaja, CEOE Aragón, CEPYME and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs, took place yesterday May 17 in the Patio de la Infanta.

The new headquarters located on Calle Cádiz are directed by Cristina Llop, partner of the Firm, and offer advice in all practice areas. In the words of Cristina Llop “Aragón is a region that offers numerous opportunities for business law due to its rich industrial sector. Due to the imminent application of the Data Protection Regulation and taking advantage of the inauguration of the new office, we also wanted count with the presence of the Minister and the Director of the AEPD, whom I greatly appreciate their availability in this event , as well as the rest of the Institutions that have supported us in its organization “.
