Next June 21st  in collaboration with the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in Madrid, ECIJA organizes the Entrepreneurship Workshop in which we will offer  an analysis of all the legal aspects that you must take into account in order to  manage your startup.

The first of the 3 modules of the workshop will be “Starting Legal – What do you need to start your idea?”, in which we will develop relevant issues to consider during the seed phase: constitution of the company, shareholders agreement, contracts and obligations, legal tips, etc.

The event will take place at 6 pm at the FOREM Employment Foundation (Calle de las Mercedes 19, Madrid) and after the workshop there will be free mentoring sessions for all attendees.
