Xavi Muñoz
Javier is a partner at ECIJA in its technology, media and telecommunications practice areas. His professional practice focuses on providing advisory services in technology, telecommunications, investments in Spain and corporate law.
He specialises in start-ups and financing rounds, privacy and data protection, the internet, mobile communications, gaming and betting and digital content. Xavier worked at top Spanish firms in Barcelona, Paris and London before founding his own firm, Legal Link, a boutique firm specialised in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Abad Oliba University in Barcelona and Master’s Degree in Business Law. Xavier completed studies at the High School for Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice in Houston.
Xavier speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
